Sunny Studio Stamps - Build-A-Bowl Dies
Hi there,
There’s something so fun about creating cards inspired by fresh summer treats!
Today I’m sharing a playful handmade card featuring the Build-A-Bowl Dies and Strawberry Patch Dies. I love how these dies mix together to create a bright and cheerful summer design with lots of sweet little details.
Then I picked some of the adorable bunny images from the Balloon Number Stamp set, stamped them onto Neenah Solar White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and colored them with Copic markers to bring them to life. Once finished, I used the coordinating Balloon Number Dies to cut them out neatly.
Strawberry : R30, R32, R43, RV00
For the background, I blended Distress Oxide Ink in Worn Lipstick onto a separate piece of white cardstock to create a soft, warm backdrop. I then die-cut the word “hugs” three times from another piece of white cardstock using the Scalloped Oval Mat 3 Dies, and layered them together with liquid glue to give the sentiment more thickness and dimension.
Next, I arranged all the elements onto my card front and layered the strawberries inside the basket to create a full and cozy look. I added the little bunnies around the basket to make the scene feel extra playful and lively. To finish the card, I attached everything with foam tape and glue for added dimension and completed the design with a simple sentiment.
