Sunny Studio Stamps - Merry Mice Stamps
Hello Friends!
Welcome to today's blog post!
Today, I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card featuring the Merry Mice stamp set by Sunny Studio Stamps. From the cute festive mice to the adorable snow scene and whimsical cheese trees, this set is an absolute dream to craft with. Here is a look at today's project!
First, I stamped these adorable images using the Merry Mice Stamps onto Neenah Solar White cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Next, I brought them to life with my Copic markers. Once the coloring was finished, I lined up the coordinating dies to die-cut all the images flawlessly.
COPIC COLORS:
Mice: E30, E31, E35, E41, R30
Accessories / Scarves: G40, R30, R32, W1, Y00, YG03
Snowman: B000, R30, R32, YG03
Cheese Tree: E31, G40, RV11, YG03, YG63
Next, I die-cut a stitched oval from another piece of white cardstock. I then blended Distress Oxide Inks using Worn Lipstick and Peacock Feathers to create a soft, snowy sky gradient. Once the ink was completely dry, I heat embossed the sentiment in white powder at the top.
For the card base background, I stamped the tree branch pattern onto Kraft cardstock using Holiday Style Stamps Set with white pigment ink.
To bring everything together, I assembled all the die-cut elements using foam tape for some fun dimension and layering, just as shown. Finally, I added a few snowy highlights using a white gel pen to create a soft, magical holiday feel!
